Payment Options

We make paying easy for our customers. Choose to pay via any of the following options.


Bank transfer (for Singapore customers only)

An online bank transfer is accepted for Singapore customers only. To make payment using bank transfer, simply select this option during checkout and you will be provided with all the information you need to make your payment. Once you are done, continue with the checkout process to notify us of your payment.


- Credit/Debit Card

To make it simple and quick for you to receive your purchase, we can send you an invoice to your email address with instructions on how to pay with your credit or debit card. Just let us know is a comment or private message.



If you have a PayPal account, you can make all payments to the email address Our checkout system will automatically redirect you to the official PayPal page to make your payment.


TGUStore ships all orders upon receipt of payment. You will be notified when your order ships.

Delivery & Shipping

TGUStore processes shipments almost every day. We try to ship out in-stock items the next business day. However, certain orders may take several days for processing and handling. Depending on the shipping method you select at checkout, your delivery timeframe may vary.


TGUStore currently ships to Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, China/Hong Kong, USA and Canada. We are constantly working at establishing shipping options to other parts of the world and will look at including other countries in the near future.


For shipping rates to Singapore, please refer to our shipping table below. For all other countries, please refer to the Estimated Shipping Charges in your shopping cart during checkout.

Exchanges & Refunds

You are entitled to an exchange if the item shipped is different from, of a different size, color, or style, or is damaged prior to shipping. Please notify us at the moment you have received your order if it has been damaged. Our representatives will ship replacements for in-stock items only. If your particular item is out-of-stock, we will provide you with store credit.

For every order of SGD$10 you place at the store, we will credit your account 1 (one) reward point. So if you spend $100, you will get 10 points.

Every 10 points is worth SGD$1.00.
